Thank you for shopping with Momento w/_____. All orders are shipped with Australia Post and packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 weeks after payment has been received.

  • If your item is made-to-order or requires additional preparation, you will be notified by email.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: AUD 11.50 – estimated delivery 2–6 business days.

  • Express Shipping: AUD 15.00 – estimated delivery 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are based on Australia Post’s guidelines and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days (please allow up to 3 weeks).

  • Postage costs: negotiable depending on destination.

  • Customs duties & taxes: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their local customs authority.

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking can be checked directly on the Australia Post website or with your local postal provider once it arrives in your country.

Delays & Liability

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by Australia Post, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel has been accepted by Australia Post.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
