30-Day Damage-Only Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy for damaged items only. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return solely where the product arrives damaged or defective.
Eligibility for Return (Damage Only)
To be eligible, you must:

Notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Provide clear, dated photographs of the damage (including outer packaging, inner packaging, and the item) via email.

Return the item in the condition received, with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt).

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions, including the return address:

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Assessment & Remedies
Upon receipt and inspection, if the damage is confirmed, we will at our discretion:

Replace the item (subject to availability), or

Refund the purchase price to your original method of payment.
Exclusions (No Change-of-Mind Returns)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind, preference, or fit/weight tolerance

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse after delivery

Custom/personalised orders (except where damaged on arrival)

Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If a damaged item is approved for return, a replacement may be issued (subject to availability). If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To exercise this right, items must be returned in the same condition received, unused/unworn, with tags and original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. This statutory right operates in addition to the damage-only policy above to the extent required by law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and advise whether a refund or replacement has been approved. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
